Warehouse Picker / Packer Charlotte, North Carolina About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Picker/Packer in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and preparing shipments in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Compensation and Schedule Pay rate: $17 - $20 per hour All Shifts Available Weekly pay Key Responsibilities Accurately pick orders from warehouse shelving using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems Pack products securely according to company standards and customer specifications Label and prepare shipments for carrier pickup or dispatch Inspect items for damage or defects prior to packing and report discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets Assist with receiving, put-away, and inventory cycle counts as needed Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred; not required Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods in a warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution experience is a plus but not required
