Job searching is hard enough.Your tools shouldn't make it harder.
Land a Job is a free job search platform built for people who are actively looking for work. Not recruiters. Not HR departments. Not people who want to "build their personal brand." Just regular people who need a job.
We built the tools we wished existed when we were job hunting - and we made them free because charging people money to find a job feels wrong.

No premium tiers, no paywall, no "upgrade to see results." Every tool and resource on Land a Job is completely free. That's the whole point.
Why we built this
Most job search platforms make money from employers, not job seekers. That creates a weird incentive where the platform cares more about filling positions than helping you find the right one. We wanted to build something different.
Land a Job started because we noticed a gap. You could find job listings on a dozen different sites, but actually managing your search? That part was a mess. People were using spreadsheets to track applications, Googling salary ranges before interviews, and cobbling together resume advice from random blog posts. So we put it all in one place.
The application tracker helps you stay organized without getting overwhelmed. The salary guides give you real numbers so you're not guessing during negotiations. The interview prep is specific to your role - not generic "tell me about yourself" advice you could find anywhere. And the career guides walk you through actual steps, not vague motivational fluff.
We're a small team, and we keep things simple on purpose. No AI-powered resume rewriting, no premium tiers, no "networking features" that are really just ads. Just useful tools that work.
