We’re looking for a sharp, dependable Warehouse Clerk to join our team!
At Hotline Delivery Systems, our warehouse clerks play a critical role in keeping freight moving, paperwork accurate, and daily operations on track. If you’re detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Verify shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy.
- Match freight, bills of lading (BOLs), and system information.
- Create receipts and enter shipment information into our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Process freight and collection documentation.
- Update shipment records and maintain accurate warehouse information.
- Communicate with forklift operators, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
- Help prioritize outbound freight and keep operations moving.
- Maintain organized records and a clean, professional work area.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and confidence with data entry.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Previous warehouse clerical, shipping and receiving, or logistics experience is a plus!
