Duties & Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate / Picker Packer, you'll help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced fulfillment center.
•
Pick products from warehouse inventory accurately using customer orders and pick lists.
•
Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for timely and accurate shipping.
•
Safely move products and materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other approved equipment.
•
Use packaging supplies, including tape guns, protective padding, and shipping materials, to protect products during transportation.
•
Inspect orders for accuracy, product condition, and proper packaging before shipment.
•
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area.
•
Work efficiently with warehouse teammates to meet daily order fulfillment and productivity goals.
•
Follow company safety procedures and complete additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Qualifications
•
Ability to understand and follow basic work instructions and safety directions in English.
•
Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
•
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a warehouse shift.
•
Ability to regularly lift and handle items weighing up to 25 pounds, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
•
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
•
Willingness to follow workplace safety guidelines and work cooperatively with team members.
•
Availability for the assigned four-day schedule and seasonal assignment.
•
Authorization to work in the United States.
•
Ability to meet applicable pre-employment screening requirements, including a background check, consistent with applicable law.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Previous warehouse, distribution center, picking, packing, shipping, or order fulfillment experience.
•
Familiarity with pallet jacks, packing stations, and warehouse shipping procedures.
•
Previous experience working in a fast-paced production, assembly, or fulfillment environment.
•
Interest in future full-time warehouse employment opportunities.
