Our Distribution Channel team is searching for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales who consistently exceeds expectations, who thrives in a challenging workplace, and who can actively contribute to our talented team. To be successful in this role you will have superior communication and organizational skills.
Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for hitting business objectives. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
- Document and report and provide feedback to management for customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners * Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region * Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the sales programs and update the managers with program status through regular meetings or write-up in a timely manner * Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction * Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions * Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions * First 2-4 weeks will be doing trainings in the warehouse, such as learn about all the different products, read the labels, pricing, and systems, etc.
