Job Description
The Sr. Project Manager will lead the day-to-day management of a major industrial construction project and drive successful delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project execution from planning through closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain delivery targets
- Lead client-facing communication and progress reporting
- Drive successful project outcomes while maintaining profitability objectives

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience delivering industrial or manufacturing construction projects
- Strong background working for general contractors or construction management firms
- Experience managing large-scale ground-up projects
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial, scheduling, and project controls knowledge
- Ability to be site-based for the duration of the project
