Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities Perform a variety of general clerical and administrative duties, including copying, faxing, mail distribution, filing, and document management.
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, payroll, and other sensitive information.
Manage and maintain employee timekeeping records to support accurate weekly payroll processing.
Serve as an initial point of contact for employees with administrative questions or issues, providing assistance or directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain organized records.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly, using good judgment to prioritize and distribute messages appropriately.
Manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Maintain a professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude when interacting with employees, customers, visitors, and business partners.
Provide administrative support to other departments and locations as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with standard office equipment and administrative procedures.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Overtime pay for hours worked over 40 hours per week, in accordance with applicable law.
Eligibility for health insurance after 60 days.
Paid Time Off accrual and holiday pay.
