Bhatia & Co, CPAs & Business Advisors is a growing CPA firm providing tax, accounting, payroll, and advisory services to small and mid-size businesses. We're looking for an experienced CPA or EA to join our tax team.
The Role
You'll prepare, review, and finalize business and individual returns, work directly with clients, and help lead our team through each tax season.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review business and individual tax returns
- Review financial statements and ensure returns are accurate and well supported
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and respond to their questions
- Support tax planning and advisory work
- Review, train, and mentor team members
- Help manage deadlines and maintain high quality standards
What You Bring
- Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential
- 3+ years of experience with Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and 1040
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Excellent client communication skills
- Experience leading or training others
- Strong organization and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year, based on experience and credentials
