Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and upbeat Seasonal Key Holder to join our team this holiday season! In this role, you will support the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to style customers in exciting brands, merchandise new arrivals and work both independently and as part of a team! Must be available weekends and holidays.
Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Drive sales by providing excellent customer service.
- Provide attentive service to customers open to be styled and upsold
- Oversee inventory management, including processing shipments and merchandising
- Operate the store independently with the ability to multitask well
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in retail math and inventory management practices.
- Strong understanding of current trends and ability to style customers of all ages
