Love people, good energy, and fast-paced days? You might be our next Aromatender. At The Aroma Labs, we help people create custom fragrances that tell their story. Our stores are warm, welcoming, joy-filled spaces--but behind the scenes, we operate with intention, structure, and high standards. This role is perfect for someone who loves people and can stay focused in a busy environment. If you thrive on connection, enjoy multitasking, and can keep things moving when it feels a little like a restaurant on a Saturday night--you'll do great here.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth, curiosity, and confidence
- Guide customers through creating their own signature scent
- Follow fragrance recipes and blending steps precisely (consistency matters)
- Manage multiple guests at once while keeping the experience calm and fun
- Prioritize tasks and flow--similar to working in a restaurant or cafe
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe blending space
- Support teammates and communicate clearly during busy shifts
- No fragrance experience required--we'll train you on recipes, systems, and flow.
This Role Is Especially Great If You Love:
- Helping people feel cared for and excited
- Stay upbeat and focused in fast-paced environments
- Can multitask without losing attention to detail
- Enjoy structured processes but bring personality to the experience
- Are comfortable working weekends and busy days (If you've worked in restaurants, hospitality, or customer-facing roles-- you'll feel right at home.)
What We're Looking For
- A genuine love for people and customer experience
- Ability to follow recipes and procedures exactly
