We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for 3 permanent, full-time opportunities with well-established outpatient medical practices in Charlotte, NC. These positions offer stable weekday schedules, competitive compensation, and long-term career opportunities.
Available Positions
1. RN - Endocrinology | SouthPark
- Pay: $34-$42/hour DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (Thursdays, 8 AM-1 PM)
- Focus: Diabetes management, patient education, clinical assessments, and telephone triage.
2. RN - Primary Care | SouthPark
- Pay: $32-$42/hour DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
- Focus: Patient assessments, nurse triage, medication administration, and chronic disease management.
3. RN - Outpatient Cardiology | Ballantyne
- Salary: $71,000-$90,000 DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM
- Focus: Cardiac patient care, clinical triage, patient education, and care coordination.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and provide direct nursing care.
- Conduct telephone and in-office triage.
- Administer medications, initiate IVs, and provide IV fluids as ordered.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and chronic conditions.
- Coordinate medication refills, prior authorizations, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and collaborate with providers.
- Respond to urgent clinical situations and support efficient patient flow.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license required.
- Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills.
- Outpatient experience preferred.
- Primary care, endocrinology, or cardiology experience is a plus.
- BSN preferred.
- EHR proficiency.
