Role Overview
Support Parts Quality Mass Production team by preventing supplier defects, conducting technical investigations, analyzing problems, and implementing countermeasures to ensure quality and minimize production impact. Collaborate with suppliers, internal departments, and R'D to address complex issues, approve design changes, and support quality assurance visits. Assist in developing associates' technical skills and enforce quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Address daily mass production quality issues using measurement data and problem-solving tools.
- Approve supplier countermeasures and coordinate meetings for problem resolution.
- Lead supplier quality assurance activities and support investigation and corrective actions.
- Report investigation outcomes and support system design reviews.
- Mentor and evaluate team members' problem-solving and technical skills.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in manufacturing and working with OEM suppliers.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Flexible schedule, capable of traveling, leading teams, and working off-shifts or overtime as needed.
