What You'll Be Doing
You'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Seattle area, helping them find the right solutions for their residential painting projects.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include
- Meeting homeowners for in-person sales consultations
- Inspecting homes and identifying painting needs
- Building trust and presenting professional estimates
- Confidently asking for the sale and handling objections
- Following up with open opportunities and maintaining your pipeline
- Building referral relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Staying productive and proactive between appointments
- Participating in ongoing sales training and coaching
You'll be responsible for managing your sales activity, following our process, and consistently working toward your goals.
Our production team handles the execution of sold projects, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling and developing new business.

Experience in roofing, windows, HVAC, remodeling, solar, painting, or other home improvement sales is a plus, but not required.

Compensation
Estimated annual earnings: $100,000-$250,000, based on performance.
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Earnings vary based on individual sales performance and are not guaranteed.
