You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and effortless checkout, guest service, and order fulfillment experience. Skills: • Proficient communication abilities play a pivotal role in engaging and interacting with guests in a meaningful manner • The skill of solving problems and making choices that improve guest contentment is key in the hospitality industry • Adjusting to a range of guest needs and interactions • Knowledge in promoting and selling store benefits and amenities Responsibilities: • Uphold exceptional guest service by following established service benchmarks • Connect with visitors in a warm and authentic manner as they arrive • Immediately evaluate guest needs and customize your approach accordingly • Assist customers by sharing insights on product features and offering solutions to their inquiries • Assure the precise and swift completion of scanning, bagging, and payment processing • Prioritize cleanliness and organization in your work space • Keep guests in the loop about discounts, recent additions, and store functions • Urge guests to join loyalty initiatives and to explore the option of obtaining store credit cards • Guide customers in accessing and utilizing digital utilities such as the store app and online features • Adhere to store guidelines when processing returns to ensure customer delight • Expedite the process of fulfilling orders, facilitating drive-up pickups, and managing gift registry transactions • Assist in managing and resolving guest complaints while maintaining adherence to store guidelines • Verify that products under regulation comply with the appropriate federal, state, and local legal provisions • Assist with overall store operations in line with the business's requirements Additional Skills: • Being adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously while also being detail-oriented can increase productivity and accuracy • Offering comfort through educating guests about different products and services • Swift flexibility in response to evolving technology and digital advancements • Skilled in both self-directed work and cooperative projects with team associates Job Requirements: • Precision in managing cash transactions and operating the register system proficiently • Capability to undertake outdoor responsibilities in a range of weather conditions • Regularly transporting and lifting merchandise weighing up to 15 lbs, with occasional lifting responsibilities extending to items weighing up to 40 lbs • Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays About Target Joining our team is essential for the smooth functioning of our global logistics and inventory operations.
