Experienced Part-Time Warehouse Worker & Collection Driver - $20/Hour
Location: Fairfax County, VA
Pay: $20/hour + mileage reimbursement
Schedule: 12-14 hours per week (one 8-hour and one 4-hour shift)
USA Textiles, LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced professional to collect donated clothing and shoes from designated collection bins throughout Fairfax County. We are seeking a responsible, self-directed professional who takes ownership of assigned work, communicates clearly, and consistently follows established procedures.
This is not an entry-level position. The role requires someone who can work independently, follow instructions precisely, communicate proactively, and complete assigned responsibilities without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned collection routes and service locations in a timely manner, following instructions.
- Submit required paperwork and accurate service reports in accordance with defined procedures.
- Immediately communicate delays, problems, or incomplete assignments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience preferred in delivery, logistics, warehouse operations, or independent field work.
- Exceptional communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift and transport donated clothing and shoes.
