EARNING POTENTIAL
First-year performers can work toward approximately $80,000 to $120,000+ annually, while experienced top performers may reach $150,000 to $200,000+ per year. Compensation includes base pay, performance-based bonuses, and uncapped commission. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and production.
