As an Electrical Foreman at RC Power, Inc. you will play a crucial role in leading and managing on-site electrical installations. Your expertise, leadership, and commitment to quality will ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
- On-Site Project Management:
- Lead and oversee on-site installations, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and company standards.
- Collaborate with clients to manage project schedules, site cleanliness, and safety for employees and other trades on-site.
- Take responsibility for material ordering, inventory management, and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process.
- Supervise and manage project subcontractors and rental equipment.
- Communication and Documentation:
- Effectively communicate Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Orders, and project updates to the Project Manager and relevant team members.
- Maintain accurate red-lines and as-built drawings throughout the project.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
- Monitor employee punctuality and adherence to breaks and lunch times, following company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage crew timecards and track employee hours.
- Quality Control and Productivity:
- Lead the team to maintain productivity, uphold quality control standards, and address any issues to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the commercial electrical field.
- Active California Electrician State Certification.
- Clean DMV record.
- Preferred experience in Data Center/Critical Environment projects.
