Greene Maverick LLC is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team. If

delivering exceptional service to our policyholders and supporting the overall client
experience within a fast-paced insurance environment. The position will require an
insurance license in Property & Casualty. If you have one great. If you don’t have one,
we will pay for licensing and provide study time on the job!
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, text and
in-person
Instill confidence in policyholders by answering account questions, reviewing
coverage details, and resolving billing issues
Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in CRM
Collaborate with Team and underwriters to resolve client concerns
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and escalate issues as
needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance
industry
Growth mindset
Excellent team player
Keen problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn CRM and agency management
software
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office setting
Active insurance license preferred (or willingness and ability to obtain one)
What We Offer
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience ($40,000 -$48,000)
