Responsibilities
- Own commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead subcontractor buyout, contracts, change orders, and monthly billing
- Serve as the primary owner and architect point of contact
- Partner with the superintendent to keep jobs safe, on schedule, and profitable
- Produce accurate cost reports and margin forecasts
Requirements
- 3+ years managing commercial construction projects
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong command of schedules, budgets, and contracts
- Procore (or similar), MS Project, and Excel
- Clear, confident communication with owners and design teams
