FOREMAN / LICENSED COMMERCIAL ELECTRICIAN
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing large commercial electrical projects
- Ability to oversee projects valued at $300K+
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical crews on commercial projects
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades
- Troubleshoot and resolve jobsite issues
- Oversee planning, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems
LEAD / LICENSED COMMERCIAL ELECTRICIAN
Requirements
- Experience leading smaller commercial projects or serving in a supporting leadership role on larger projects
Responsibilities
- Supervise crews on smaller commercial projects
- Assist Foreman/Senior Electricians on large-scale projects
- Ensure all work meets code and project specifications
- Manage materials, tools, and labor on-site
- Mentor and guide junior electricians
HELPER / APPRENTICE
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 FULL YEARS of PAID, ON-THE-JOB electrical experience working directly for a licensed electrical contractor

Schooling, handyman work, personal projects, or experience in other trades does NOT qualify.
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Reliable transportation
- Basic electrical hand tools
- Cordless drill, impact driver, and reciprocating saw
- Strong attention to detail
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently without micromanagement
SIGN-ON BONUSES
- $3,000 - Foreman / Licensed Commercial Electricians
- $2,000 - Lead / Licensed Commercial Electricians
- $1,000 - Unlicensed Commercial Electricians
- $500 - Helpers / Apprentices

Sign-on bonuses are paid after 90 days of full-time employment (40 hours/week). Electrical licenses must be current and issued by Duval County or surrounding Florida counties. All licenses will be verified.
