About the clinic
Humanaut Health San Antonio is a new preventative health and longevity clinic opening in early 2027 at Dominion Place (23119 W. Interstate 10, Building 19), the second location in the Humanaut Health system and the first in San Antonio. We deliver concierge-level care built around baseline diagnostics, IV and regenerative therapies, and ongoing membership-based health optimization. Clinical services are provided by Humanaut Medical, PLLC; the clinic is operated by Bexar Health Partners, LLC, a locally owned franchisee.
The Role
This role blends direct clinical expertise with a strong service orientation. You will manage complex treatments, including IV therapies, regenerative modalities, and full baseline diagnostics, while delivering the personalized, white-glove experience our members expect.
You will monitor patient response, educate members on their treatments and broader wellness journey, and partner closely with the clinic team so every visit reflects the highest standard of care. Clinical direction comes from the Humanaut Medical, PLLC Medical Director and nurse practitioner; day-to-day scheduling and support come from the clinic’s Executive Director and Assistant General Manager.
What you will do
- Administer IV therapies, injections, and other treatments per clinic protocols
- Perform and assist in regenerative therapies including stem cell, ozone IV therapy, EBO2 (extracorporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation), and therapeutic phlebotomy
- Support full baseline appointments, currently including DEXA, VO2 Max, CIMT, and VALD
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition
- Educate members on treatments, health optimization, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the EMR (Cerbo)
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the clinic team on smooth operations and high-quality care
What we are looking for
- Active Texas RN license (or compact license with Texas privileges)
- At least 2 years of acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or equivalent)
- Proven excellence in IV therapy; multiple years preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Charge nurse, lead, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Experience documenting in electronic medical records
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; calm under pressure
- Passion for wellness, innovation, and high-touch patient care
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Schedule
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. The clinic operates Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with Saturday hours added as membership grows. No nights, no Sundays, no on-call.
Compensation and benefits
- $34 to $38 per hour, depending on experience

- Overtime paid at 1.5x for hours over 40 in a week
Start date
Anticipated start date in December 2026 or January 2027, to complete paid Humanaut training before the clinic opens in early 2027. The start date will be confirmed in writing at least two weeks in advance.
