Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance to prospective and existing clients.
- Introduce available health coverage products and services.
- Walk customers through Sales and Enrollment process.
- Identify client needs and communicate appropriate next steps.
- Assist with client follow-ups and relationship management.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to support sales and service goals.
