What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL
- Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements
- Minimum 1 Year Verifiable Driving Experience
- Stable work history REQUIRED
- Fuel hauling experience preferred - but we WILL train the right driver
We offer a structured 6-8 week training program for drivers who are serious about starting and building a career in fuel hauling - not just another driving job.
Pay & Earning Opportunity
Drivers have $75K-$130K+ earning potential through our load-based pay structure, with 6 months of pay protection and uncapped earnings based on shift, schedule, workload and productivity.
Paid Training: $250 per scheduled training day
After training, drivers transition to our load-based pay structure, which gives you the opportunity to earn more based on the work you perform.
During your first six months after training, RTL provides $250/day minimum pay protection on scheduled workdays while you gain experience and build productivity.
If your load-based earnings exceed the minimum, you earn the higher amount.
That means you have income protection while you are getting established - without putting a cap on your earning potential.
Premium pay opportunities may also be available based on schedule and shift.
