Ready for top pay, steady miles, and a schedule that fits your lifestyle? Join Cypress Truck Lines as a Class A CDL OTR or Regional Flatbed Truck Driver and earn up to $0.67 CPM while hauling consistent freight year-round.
Choose the route that works best for you: stay out 2-3 weeks with our Over the Road division or enjoy home time every other weekend with our Southeast Regional division. Drivers average approximately 2,300-2,600 miles per week, with freight primarily throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
You'll also benefit from performance and seniority bonuses, assigned trucks with no slip seating, and comfortable APU-equipped sleepers.

Driver Details
- Operating Area: Primarily Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, with occasional runs into Mississippi and to the East Coast
- Miles: Approximately 2,300-2,600 miles per week
- OTR Schedule: Out 2-3 weeks at a time
- Regional Schedule: Home every other weekend
- Weekend Flexibility: Drivers must be flexible with weekend schedules, which may be Saturday/Sunday or Friday/Saturday
Driver Pay & Bonuses
OTR Pay (per mile)
- 5+ years: $0.67 CPM
- 4 years: $0.66 CPM
- 3 years: $0.65 CPM
- 2 years: $0.64 CPM
- 1 year: $0.60 CPM
Regional Pay (home every other weekend):
- 5+ years: $0.67 CPM
- 4 years: $0.66 CPM
- 3 years: $0.65 CPM
- 2 years: $0.64 CPM
- 1 year: $0.60 CPM
- 0-12 months: $0.54 CPM
Extra Pay & Bonuses
- Performance bonus: Up to $600 quarterly
- Seniority bonus: $500-$2,500 annually
- Tuition Reimbursement: Receive up to $5,000 in tuition reimbursement if Cypress is your first employer after graduating from a non-Cypress CDL school. Reimbursement is paid at $100 per month.

Requirements
To be considered for employment with Cypress Truck Lines, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Successfully pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen (12-month lookback)
- No more than 2 moving violations on a 5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- No more than 1 speeding violation within the past 3 years
- No speeding violations exceeding 15 MPH over the posted speed limit within the last 5 years
- No rear-end preventable accidents within the past 5 years
- No careless driving convictions within the past 5 years
- No reckless driving convictions within the past 10 years
- No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 10 years (maximum of one lifetime DUI/DWI)
- No misdemeanor convictions within the past 3 years
- No felony convictions within the past 7 years
