We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing medical spa team in San Jose, California.
This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who combines excellent patient care with strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with clients, understands their aesthetic goals, and feels confident educating clients about appropriate treatment plans and presenting available treatment packages.
Our ideal candidate is professional, confident, compassionate, and comfortable combining clinical excellence with a client-focused, business-minded approach.
Previous aesthetic experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in aesthetic medicine.
We welcome both experienced aesthetic nurses and motivated RNs looking to transition into the aesthetic industry.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Aesthetic Treatments
- Perform aesthetic treatments according to approved medical protocols and applicable nursing regulations.
- Provide safe, professional, and high-quality patient care.
- Assess and document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Educate clients about treatment expectations, aftercare, and recommended follow-up appointments.
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other medical professionals to ensure appropriate treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow all clinical and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training to develop expertise in aesthetic procedures and technologies.
Patient Consultation & Treatment Sales
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Understand each client’s aesthetic goals and desired results.
- Identify appropriate opportunities for continued treatments within medically approved treatment plans.
- Educate clients about recommended treatment series and available treatment packages.
- Confidently explain treatment options, package pricing, and available purchasing options.
- Guide interested clients through the purchasing process.
- Support client retention through personalized recommendations and follow-up care.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that encourages long-term relationships.- Contribute to the clinic’s growth through excellent patient care, client satisfaction, and professional consultative sales.
Qualifications
Required
- Active, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and confident personality.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable discussing treatment pricing and presenting packages.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
- Willingness to learn new aesthetic procedures and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred, But Not Required
- Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic clinic.
- Experience performing noninvasive aesthetic treatments.
- Experience with HIFU or other aesthetic technologies.
- Previous experience in consultative sales.
- Experience presenting and selling treatment packages.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Experience working in a performance-oriented environment.
