Job Description
Position Overview
The Huntsville Powertrain Plant Accounting/Finance department has an outstanding opptunity f a Seni Accountant. The Seni Accountant repts to the Finance Manager and is responsible f maintaining and balancing the intercompany accounts and accounts payable accounts. In this role, you will be responsible f preparing journal entries f month end close, preparing account reconciliations, doing analyses of accounts as assigned, processing payables, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reconciling all intercompany accounts
- Reconciling all accounts payable accounts
- Processing accounts payable as needed
- Preparing month end journal entries
- Calculating and reconciling monthly sales/use tax entries
Minimum Requirements
Bachel's degree in Accounting Bachel's degree and a CPA and at least 1 years of accounting
- finance experience
Master's degree in Accounting Master's degree and a CPA and at least 1 years of accounting
